We practice hiking and techniques for descent by rappel in water. We swim in crystal clear well and slide down a cascade of more than 75 meters height. The descent offers a spectacular view of the area. This is, without a doubt one of our favorite trips
The meeting point, departure and return is in the Horse Tail Hotel (Hotel Cola de Caballo) located on the road to Ciénega de González in Santiago N.L. town. From this point we will go to the community where we will start the tour , you can leave your car at the hotel, they charge approx $ 100 per car.

The entrance to this hike is none other than the impressive Chipitín waterfall, 75 meters high. After a dip and a first dive, there is no going back. The goal is to get to Las Adjuntas, approximately 13 kms. away. Once we’ve passed the first jump, we follow the river through a magnificent canyon with dozens of cascades, a lot jumps and natural slides that you’ll definitely wish to take pictures of so you won’t lose the memories.
